How we helped sell St. Spyridon College to the world

St Spyridon College is one of Sydney’s fastest growing bilingual schools — and they keep expanding! With two thriving colleges in Maroubra — Senior and Junior — St Spyridon was looking at appealing to the community and corporate sponsors at large to realise an ambitious — but possible — renovation dream. To add to the scope of this project, St Spyridon College was also celebrating their 25th anniversary as well as the 50th anniversary of the Parish. The tribute and fundraising video had to work hard not only to inspire sponsors but entertain, engage and pay tribute to the people who helped bring the College to life 25 years ago. Shortly after this project was briefed, key staff from the Senior College were travelling to international education expos — and a short promotional video was needed to both show at the events and give–away to prospects.

St Spyridon Introduction film

This is a short, high–impact film that introduces St Spyridon College to the world. We included new and existing footage as well as important statistics, school photos and materials — all in a fresh, dynamic way that crosses cultural barriers. This film was run on loop during school exhibitions around the world and was also given away to interested educators, students and their families.

St Spyridon College School Song

We also produced this ‘music video’ as part of an extensive Anniversay Tribute video for St. Spyridon. The project included the re–arrangement and re–recording of the school song ‘Forever Excelling’. With the students in full voice this was the climax to the anniversary tribute video and the guests were inspired to donate more toward the completion of the new school hall.

St Spyridon College Fly–Through

A ‘fly–through’ animation was also produced as part of the College Anniversary. This project included interviews, historical photos and footage as well as this animation showing the plans of the future College hall coming to life.
